Resources for Students

Welcome to the student resource page. ůůֱ College offers a wealth of resources to support students’ academic, cocurricular, and personal experiences.  Start here to discover information about the various ways you can benefit from this support and learn about both on and off campus resources.

The Dean of Students Office provides support to students throughout their college career to help them achieve their academic and personal goals. An essential role of the Assistant Dean for Student Success is to meet with individual students to assist in identifying issues and appropriate resources and to then work collaboratively with students to develop an action plan that works best for them. Please reach out to Lorri Edge-Hotmer for an appointment.

Disclaimer: We continue to gather, update and refine the resources listed. If you have any new information or would like us to make edits, please contact the Dean of Students Office.

The Career Development Center (Starbuck Center; tel. x5790) helps students to envision and realize meaningful careers.  In addition to helping students and alumni to develop self-knowledge and explore careers, the CDC offers information on internships, post-college employment, and graduate study.  As part of the College’s commitment to providing access to experiential learning opportunities, the Career Development Center manages the Summer Experience Fund, which provides funding for unpaid internships as well as The Peer Advisor Network, a directory of students who are willing to share their insight with peers interested in the same internship sites.  They also provide a robust on-campus recruiting program, networking opportunities, mentoring program, and skill-building workshops that support career readiness.
